Service Description
Book a professional recording session in Studio A, Vision X Studios’ flagship room. Studio A features our highest-end signal chain and monitoring environment, designed for artists who want premium sound quality and an efficient, focused workflow. This session includes exclusive access to Studio A for the duration of your booking. Sessions are booked by the hour with set time blocks. A deposit is required to secure your session, with the remaining balance due at the start of the session. Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. Please arrive on time and prepared. Late arrivals may reduce available session time. Additional time or services are subject to availability. By booking this service, you agree to all Vision X Studios policies.
Studio Policy
These policies apply to all clients and guests entering Vision X Studios Charlotte. 1. STUDIO PURPOSE Vision X Studios Charlotte provides a professional, safe, and high-quality creative environment for recording, production, and content creation. Clients and guests are expected to conduct themselves respectfully at all times. 2. BOOKINGS AND SCHEDULING All studio sessions must be booked through Vision X’s official booking system. A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm all bookings. Sessions are scheduled for specific start and end times. Time cannot be extended due to late arrival. 3. ARRIVAL AND SESSION TIMING Please arrive on time and ready to work. Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time, regardless of arrival time. Late arrivals may reduce available session time without refund. 4. GUEST POLICY Clients may bring up to three guests unless approved in advance. Guests must remain respectful and quiet during sessions. Children must be supervised at all times. Vision X Studios reserves the right to remove disruptive or unauthorized guests without refund. 5. FOOD AND DRINK Food and drinks are permitted only in designated lounge areas. Food or drinks are not allowed near equipment, consoles, microphones, or studio racks. Any spills or accidents must be reported immediately. 6. EQUIPMENT USE Studio equipment may only be operated by authorized engineers. Clients and guests may not touch, adjust, unplug, move, or modify equipment. Any damage caused by misuse or negligence will be billed to the client. 7. CLEANLINESS AND DAMAGE Clients are responsible for respecting the studio space. Excessive mess, damage, or failure to follow studio guidelines may result in cleaning or repair fees. 8. SMOKING, ALCOHOL, AND SUBSTANCES Smoking or burning any substances indoors is strictly prohibited, including cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, incense, candles, or any lit materials. Illegal substances are prohibited anywhere on the premises. Alcohol is not permitted during sessions unless expressly authorized by management. Violations may result in immediate session termination without refund. 9. SECURITY AND MONITORING Vision X Studios is monitored by security cameras for safety, equipment protection, and loss prevention. Footage may be reviewed in the event of an incident or dispute. 10.
