Studio Policy
• Full payment is required to confirm all bookings. All bookings are non-refundable. One reschedule request may be approved with at least 24 hours notice. • Sessions begin and end at the scheduled booking time. Late arrivals may reduce available session time without refund. Additional time must be approved based on availability. • The booking client is responsible for all guests, damages, excessive mess, and policy violations connected to the session. • Smoking inside the building is prohibited. Violation fees may include: • $100 cleaning fee • $250 smoking violation fee • repair or replacement costs for damages • Respect the studio, staff, equipment, and other clients at all times. Illegal activity, weapons, aggressive behavior, or unsafe conduct will result in immediate removal without refund. • A valid government-issued photo ID may be required at check-in. Unauthorized guests may be denied entry. • Food and drinks must remain away from studio equipment. Clients are responsible for spills or damages caused during their booking. • Unauthorized use of studio equipment or unbooked room access is prohibited. Overnight stays are not permitted unless approved by management. • Vision X Studios uses video surveillance, intercom systems, and secured magnetic door access throughout the facility for safety and operational purposes. No individual is permitted inside or outside the building without staff approval. • Clients are responsible for backing up their own files. Vision X Studios is not responsible for lost or corrupted sessions after completion. By booking a session, clients acknowledge and agree to all Vision X Studios policies.
