STUDIO POLICIES

PROFESSIONAL STUDIO ENVIRONMENT

• Vision X Studios is a professional creative facility built for recording, production, content creation, podcasting, and collaborative creative work

• All clients and guests are expected to maintain professionalism, respect the facility, and contribute to a productive studio environment

• Vision X Studios reserves the right to remove or refuse service to anyone disrupting the environment or violating studio policies

BOOKINGS & SESSION TIMES

• All sessions must be booked through Vision X Studios’ official booking system

• Full or partial payment may be required before confirming bookings

• Sessions begin and end at the scheduled booking time

• Late arrivals do not extend session time

• Additional time must be approved based on room availability

• Session rates, discounts, and promotions are determined solely by Vision X Studios

ARRIVAL & FACILITY ACCESS

• Access to the facility is permitted only during approved booking times unless otherwise authorized

• A valid government-issued photo ID may be required upon arrival

• Unauthorized individuals may be denied access to the facility

• Clients may not grant building access to unauthorized guests or visitors

GUEST POLICY

• Guest limits may vary depending on the room, session type, or event

• Guests must remain respectful toward staff, clients, and the facility

• Excessive noise, disruption, or unsafe conduct may result in removal without refund

• The booking client is responsible for all guests connected to their session

CLEANLINESS & FACILITY CARE

• Clients and guests are expected to help maintain a clean and professional environment

• Food and drinks must remain away from studio equipment and workstations

• Excessive mess, spills, smoke odor, or damages may result in cleaning or repair fees

• Rooms should be left in respectable condition after use

EQUIPMENT & ROOM USE

• Studio equipment may only be operated by authorized Vision X personnel unless approved otherwise

• Unauthorized movement, unplugging, modification, or misuse of equipment is prohibited

• Unauthorized access to unbooked rooms or restricted areas is prohibited

• Clients may be held financially responsible for damages caused by negligence or misuse

SMOKING, SUBSTANCES & SAFETY

• Smoking or burning substances indoors is strictly prohibited

• Illegal substances and illegal activity are prohibited anywhere on the premises

• Weapons, threats, aggressive behavior, or unsafe conduct are prohibited

• Violations may result in immediate removal, cancellation of services, cleaning fees, repair charges, or permanent restriction from the facility

SECURITY & MONITORING

• Vision X Studios utilizes security cameras, intercom systems, and secured access systems throughout the facility for operational and safety purposes

• Surveillance footage may be reviewed when necessary for incidents, disputes, safety concerns, or operational investigations

CONTENT, MEDIA & CREATIVE WORK

• Photography, video production, livestreaming, or large-scale content creation may require prior approval depending on the session or production scope

• Vision X Studios may capture approved behind-the-scenes media or promotional content within the facility

• Clients remain responsible for securing all rights, clearances, licenses, and ownership related to their creative projects

FILES & SESSION DATA

• Clients are encouraged to back up and secure all files after sessions are completed

• Session files may not be permanently stored by Vision X Studios

• Vision X Studios is not responsible for lost, corrupted, deleted, or unclaimed files after project completion

LIABILITY

• Vision X Studios is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings

• Clients and guests enter and use the facility at their own risk

• Vision X Studios reserves the right to deny service, end sessions, cancel bookings, or restrict access due to policy violations or operational concerns

AGREEMENT

• By booking, entering, or using Vision X Studios or any associated service, all clients and guests acknowledge and agree to these Studio Policies
