STUDIO POLICIES
1. Studio Environment

Vision X Studios provides a safe, professional, and world-class creative environment. All clients and guests are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and professionally at all times.
2. Bookings & Payments
-
All sessions must be booked through Vision X Studios’ official booking system.
-
A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm all bookings.
-
Deposits apply to the scheduled date and time only.
-
The remaining balance is due at the start of the session.
-
Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. Late arrivals do not extend session time.
-
Pricing and discounts are set by Vision X Studios and may not be negotiated with engineers.
3. Arrival & Access

Access is provided only during your scheduled session window.

A valid photo ID may be required at check-in.
-
Clients may not grant access to unauthorized individuals.
4. Guests
-
A maximum of three (3) guests is permitted unless approved in advance.

Guests must remain respectful and quiet during recording.
-
Clients are responsible for the behavior of their guests.
-
Disruptive or unauthorized guests may be removed without refund.
5. Food, Drinks & Cleanliness
-
Food and drinks are permitted only in designated lounge areas.
-
No food or drinks are allowed near studio equipment, consoles, microphones, or racks.

Clients are responsible for keeping the space clean during their session.
6. Equipment Use

Studio equipment may only be operated by authorized engineers.
-
Clients and guests may not touch, adjust, unplug, move, or modify equipment.

Any damage caused by negligence or misuse will be billed accordingly.
7. Smoking, Substances & Alcohol
-
Smoking or burning any substances indoors is strictly prohibited.
-
Illegal substances are prohibited anywhere on the premises.

Alcohol is not permitted unless expressly authorized by management.
-
Violations may result in immediate session termination without refund.
8. Security & Monitoring

Vision X Studios is monitored by security cameras for safety, equipment protection, and loss prevention.

Footage may be reviewed in the event of incidents or disputes.
9. Recording, Photography & Content
-
Photography or video recording inside studio rooms requires prior approval.
-
Vision X Studios and its staff will not publish client content without consent.

Clients are responsible for securing all creative rights and clearances related to their projects.
10. File Policy

Session files are available at the end of the session upon request.
-
Files are stored for up to 30 days after the session.
-
After 30 days, file retrieval is not guaranteed.
-
Clients are encouraged to bring their own hard drive or request files promptly.
11. Liability

Vision X Studios is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
-
Clients and guests enter the facility at their own risk.
-
Vision X Studios reserves the right to refuse service or end a session if policies are violated.
12. Agreement

By booking a session, submitting payment, or entering Vision X Studios Charlotte, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these policies.
