TERMS OF SERVICE
GENERAL USE
• Vision X Studios reserves the right to refuse service, cancel bookings, remove individuals from the facility, or terminate services at company discretion.
• All individuals are expected to maintain professionalism, respect staff and equipment, and contribute to a safe and productive environment.
• Illegal activity, weapons, threats, aggressive behavior, harassment, unsafe conduct, or unauthorized activity are strictly prohibited.
BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS
• Full or partial payment may be required to confirm bookings depending on the service provided.
• Deposits and completed payments are non-refundable unless otherwise approved by management.
• Sessions begin and end at the scheduled booking time.
• Late arrivals may reduce available session time without refund.
• Additional time is subject to room availability and company approval.
• Vision X Studios reserves the right to deny future bookings for unpaid balances or repeated no-shows.
MEMBERSHIPS
• Memberships are non-transferable unless approved directly by Vision X Studios.
• Membership hours reset monthly and do not roll over unless otherwise stated.
• Membership access may be suspended or terminated due to missed payments, abuse of access, repeated no-shows, policy violations, or operational misuse.
• Membership pricing, benefits, and structure may be modified at company discretion.
STUDIO RULES
• Smoking inside the building is prohibited.
• Unauthorized overnight stays are prohibited unless approved by management.
• Unauthorized room access or misuse of equipment is prohibited.
• Food and drinks must remain away from studio equipment and workstations.
• Clients are financially responsible for damages caused by themselves or their guests.
• Cleaning fees, smoking fees, repair costs, and additional charges may apply when necessary.
MEDIA & CONTENT
• Vision X Studios may capture or use approved behind-the-scenes content, promotional footage, photos, testimonials, or studio media for marketing and branding purposes.
• Clients entering the facility acknowledge that portions of the building may operate under video surveillance and secured access systems for operational and safety purposes.
FILE RESPONSIBILITY
• Clients are responsible for backing up and securing their own files, sessions, footage, and media after project completion.
• Vision X Studios is not responsible for lost, deleted, corrupted, damaged, or unclaimed files after services are completed.
CONTRACTORS & THIRD PARTIES
• Independent contractors operating within Vision X Studios are not employees of Vision X Entertainment LLC unless otherwise stated.
• Vision X Studios reserves the right to approve, restrict, suspend, or remove contractors operating within the facility at company discretion.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
• Vision X Studios shall not be held liable for personal property loss, unattended belongings, technical failures outside company control, injuries caused by negligence, or subjective dissatisfaction related to creative services.
• Clients and guests enter and use the facility at their own risk.
POLICY CHANGES
• Vision X Studios reserves the right to modify pricing, policies, memberships, services, operational procedures, and these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice.
AGREEMENT
• By booking, purchasing, entering, or using any Vision X Studios service, all individuals acknowledge and agree to these Terms of Service.
