TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Services

Vision X provides professional recording, production, mixing, mastering, and creative studio services. Services are provided by appointment only and subject to availability.

Vision X reserves the right to modify, refuse, or discontinue services at its discretion.

2. Bookings & Payments

  • All bookings must be made through Vision X’s official booking system.

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all sessions.

  • Deposits apply only to the scheduled date and time.

  • Remaining balances are due at the start of the session.

  • Failure to pay the remaining balance may result in session cancellation without refund.

  • Pricing, discounts, and promotions are determined solely by Vision X.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Deposits are non-refundable.

  • Sessions may be rescheduled one time with at least 24 hours notice, subject to availability.

  • Late arrivals do not extend session time.

  • No-shows forfeit the deposit and scheduled time.

4. Studio Access & Conduct

  • Access is limited to the scheduled session window.

  • Clients are responsible for the conduct of their guests.

  • Vision X reserves the right to remove any individual for disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior without refund.

  • Vision X may refuse service to anyone who violates studio rules or these Terms.

5. Equipment & Property

  • Only authorized engineers may operate studio equipment.

  • Clients may not touch, move, unplug, or modify equipment.

  • Clients are financially responsible for damage caused by negligence or misuse.

  • Vision X is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.

6. File Storage & Data

  • Session files are available at the end of the session upon request.

  • Files are stored for up to 30 days after the session.

  • After 30 days, file retrieval is not guaranteed.

  • Clients are responsible for backing up their own files.

7. Intellectual Property

  • Clients retain ownership of their creative works unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Vision X retains ownership of proprietary processes, templates, workflows, and studio materials.

  • Vision X may not publish or distribute client content without consent.

  • Clients are responsible for securing all rights, licenses, and clearances related to their projects.

8. Recording, Photography & Media

  • Photography or video recording inside studio spaces requires prior approval.

  • Vision X may capture behind-the-scenes content for promotional purposes only with client consent.

9. Security & Surveillance

  • Vision X Studios is monitored by security cameras for safety, loss prevention, and incident review.

  • By entering the premises, clients consent to video monitoring.

  • Footage may be reviewed in the event of disputes or incidents.

10. Health, Safety & Liability

  • Clients and guests enter the facility at their own risk.

  • Vision X is not liable for injuries, accidents, or losses except where required by law.

  • Vision X is not responsible for interruptions caused by power outages, equipment failure, acts of God, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Vision X’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the session in question.

  • Vision X is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

12. Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vision X Entertainment LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Client or guest conduct

  • Violation of these Terms

  • Use of the studio or services

13. Termination

Vision X reserves the right to terminate access, cancel sessions, or refuse future service for violations of these Terms or studio policies.
